According to our constitution an Annual General Meeting must be held by 30 April each year, and publicised to Members at least six weeks in advance.
The AGM will include reports from the Chairman and the Treasurer. Additional resolutions or questions may be submitted by Members at least three weeks in advance. All AGMs will be minuted.
Note: Only Members of the club may vote at any AGM.
The first AGM of the club was held on 13th February 2024 at 13:00 via Zoom.
The next AGM is likely to be in February 2025. Members will be notified in advance. Booking will be available at the Latest Events page when the meeting date is confirmed.
